- Train and mentor production team members on production processes and standards, ensuring a high level of understanding and adherence.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure that all team members are adhering to safety guidelines.
- Participate in production meetings and provide regular updates on production progress and any concerns or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized production environment, ensuring that all equipment and materials are in working order and readily available.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards, safety regulations, and production protocols.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Production Coordination Or Project Management.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Supply Chain Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
