  1. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring that timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.

  3. Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless production process.
  4. Monitor and track production progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, including production output, materials usage, and quality control measures.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all production requirements are met and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  8. Train and mentor production team members on production processes and standards, ensuring a high level of understanding and adherence.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and ensure that all team members are adhering to safety guidelines.
  11. Participate in production meetings and provide regular updates on production progress and any concerns or issues.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized production environment, ensuring that all equipment and materials are in working order and readily available.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards, safety regulations, and production protocols.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
