  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and product development.
  4. Create and manage marketing budgets to achieve desired results.

  14. Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
