  1. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance competitive position of the company's CRM Leads & Accessories and Competitive Marketing division.
  2. Lead and manage a dynamic product portfolio, including setting product vision and goals, developing product roadmaps, and managing product lifecycles.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
  5. Develop and implement marketing plans, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
  6. Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and industry partners.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to inform product strategy and innovation.
  10. Manage product budgets and ensure timely and efficient use of resources.
  11. Communicate and present product plans, progress, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare industry.
  13. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Crm (Customer Relationship Management) Systems And Tools, Including Salesforce, Hubspot, Or Similar Platforms.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching New Products Within The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In The Crm And Accessories Space.

  • Excellent Understanding Of Competitive Landscape And Ability To Develop And Execute Effective Marketing Strategies To Differentiate Products And Drive Sales.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Sales, Engineering, And Regulatory, To Ensure Successful Product Launches And Ongoing Marketing Efforts.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Crm Devices And Accessories.
