- Design and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality within the manufacturing team.
- Conduct thorough analysis and problem-solving to identify areas for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and procedures.
- Participate in project teams to support new product development and process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve processes.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth execution of processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions when process issues arise.
- Create and maintain metrics to track process performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the team.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve materials and processes for maximum efficiency and quality.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Process Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Process Improvement Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean Manufacturing.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Quality Standards For Medical Devices.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
