  1. Design and develop new manufacturing processes that are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
  2. Identify areas for improvement in existing manufacturing processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  4. Analyze data and conduct experiments to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
  5. Utilize statistical methods to monitor and improve process performance.
  6. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  7. Train and educate production personnel on new processes and equipment.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality materials and components are being used in the manufacturing process.

  10. Continuously monitor and improve processes to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into manufacturing processes.
  12. Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process optimization.
  13. Ensure all processes are in compliance with safety standards and guidelines.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on process improvement projects.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cgmp Guidelines And Fda Regulations.

  • Experience With Process Validation And Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Six Sigma Or Lean.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Process Issues.
