Advanced Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or Related Field: A Principal Therapy Development R&D Engineer At Boston Scientific Must Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field. This Educational Background Provides The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Skills To Lead The Development Of Innovative Medical Devices.
Extensive Experience In Medical Device R&D: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Research And Development. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of The Product Development Process, Design Control, And Verification And Validation Activities.
Expertise In Therapy Development: The Principal Therapy Development R&D Engineer Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Therapy Development In The Medical Device Industry.
