  1. Lead and provide expertise in statistical programming for all clinical studies conducted by the company.
  2. Develop and maintain statistical programming standards and processes in accordance with industry and regulatory guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including biostatisticians, data managers, and clinical operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of statistical programming deliverables.
  4. Participate in the development and review of clinical study protocols and statistical analysis plans.
  5. Conduct quality control checks on statistical outputs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  6. Mentor and train junior statistical programming staff on programming techniques, processes, and standards.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in statistical programming and incorporate new methodologies as appropriate.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding statistical programming activities and deliverables.
  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of data analysis and reporting tools and systems.
  11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks related to statistical programming and suggest solutions.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in statistical programming activities.
  15. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Statistical Programming In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sas, R, And Python.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Management, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
