- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for the sales team, utilizing a variety of delivery methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales training to continuously improve and innovate our training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in sales training, providing guidance and support to the sales team and other departments as needed.
- Create and maintain training materials, resources, and tools to support ongoing sales training and development.
- Act as a mentor and coach to the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training initiatives to address them.
- Represent the company and its values in all interactions with the sales team and other stakeholders.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Education.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Training, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Training Methodologies.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Delivering Effective Sales Training Programs.
Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Sales Teams.
