  1. Design and implement sales compensation plans that align with business goals and drive top performance.
  2. Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop strategic sales compensation initiatives.
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data and trends to inform compensation plan design and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales compensation program, including tracking performance, calculating commissions, and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and market trends in sales compensation, and make recommendations for updates or changes to our program.
  6. Consistently monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales compensation program and make adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with business goals.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders, HR, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  8. Communicate complex sales compensation information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  9. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to sales compensation, such as system implementations or process improvements.
  10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sales compensation.
  11. Mentor and develop junior members of the compensation team, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  12. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner, embodying our mission and values in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Compensation Analysis, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sales Compensation Plans And Structures, Including Variable Pay And Commission Structures.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, As Well As Proficiency With Microsoft Excel And Other Reporting Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Data And Findings To Senior Leadership.
