  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing communication plans to drive the success of Boston Scientific's products and services.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify key target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
  4. Create and manage marketing collateral, including but not limited to brochures, presentations, and sales tools.
  5. Lead the development of compelling and effective marketing campaigns that align with the company's overall objectives.
  6. Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

  9. Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team members and mentor their professional growth.
  10. Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies to support sales goals.

  12. Represent Boston Scientific at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
  13. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all messaging and communication aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
  14. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
  15. Continuously monitor and analyze market and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats to the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Marketing Communications Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Strategies, With A Focus On Product Positioning And Messaging.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Deliver Compelling Marketing Content.
