  1. Develop and implement cutting-edge cyber security solutions and strategies to protect medical devices and data from cyber threats.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the constantly evolving threat landscape and proactively identify potential vulnerabilities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all stages of product development.
  4. Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address any identified risks.
  5. Lead and mentor junior members of the security team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  6. Monitor and analyze network traffic and security logs to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
  7. Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify and address any weaknesses in our systems.
  8. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines related to cyber security.
  9. Participate in incident response and recovery efforts, working closely with other teams to minimize the impact of security incidents.
  10. Conduct training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security awareness and best practices.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical teams, to explain complex security issues and solutions.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve our security posture, staying current with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure the security of our systems and data.
  14. Represent the company in industry events and forums, sharing knowledge and expertise on cyber security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Cyber Security, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Security, Firewalls, And Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems

  • Experience With Vulnerability Assessment And Risk Management Processes

  • Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac Are Highly Preferred.
