The GBS America’s payroll team is looking for a US payroll administrator to play a key role on the Americas Payroll team. They will collaborate with the America’s payroll team, HR Operations and HRSC to deliver quality payroll services. Overseeing payroll tax & pension filings made by outsourced vendor. Answer employee related questions on payroll & vacation balances. Prepare funding for net pay, tax, pension and garnishment.Support managers/employees with Kronos timekeeping. Support US payroll team operations. Support US Payroll Supervisor as needed. Coordinate activities with outsourced payroll vendor.
