- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop patient education materials that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and understanding of Boston Scientific's products and services to effectively educate patients.
- Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that all educational materials are patient-centered and promote patient empowerment and self-management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for reaching diverse patient populations.
- Foster relationships with patient advocacy groups and other relevant organizations to enhance patient education efforts.
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards regarding patient education and confidentiality.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of patient education.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare-Related Field Such As Nursing, Health Education, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Patient Education, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Setting.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Developing And Delivering Educational Materials For Patients.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Other Stakeholders.
