  1. Manage the national CRM product portfolio and drive sales to meet company targets.
  2. Provide technical expertise and support to customers regarding CRM products.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CRM technology to effectively promote and sell products.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sales plans for the CRM product portfolio.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers to enhance product knowledge and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients and sales teams.
  7. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify potential areas for product improvement and development.
  8. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to network and promote the CRM product portfolio.
  9. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to upper management.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to CRM products.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image for the company.
  12. Mentor and train new team members to ensure a high level of product knowledge and sales skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Crm Product Specialist Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Crm Systems And Processes, Including Experience With Salesforce Or Similar Platforms.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Sales Teams On Crm Products And Processes.
