  1. Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills in using our medical devices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address knowledge and skills gaps in medical education.
  3. Conduct needs assessments to determine the educational needs of healthcare professionals in different regions.
  4. Design and deliver engaging and interactive educational materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.
  5. Utilize various technologies and platforms to deliver educational programs and facilitate remote learning.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in medical education.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback and data analysis, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  8. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop educational materials and strategies to support product launches and drive sales.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare organizations to promote our educational programs.
  10. Monitor and manage budgets and resources for medical education initiatives.
  11. Stay current with advancements in medical technology and incorporate new developments into educational programs.
  12. Represent the company at medical conferences, seminars, and other events related to medical education.
  13. Adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines in all educational activities.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of Bachelor's Degree In Education, Instructional Design, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Education Or Training, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Engaging Manner.

  • Experience With Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Authoring Tools.
