  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's mission and goals forward in the medical affairs field.
  2. Lead and manage a team of medical affairs professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and research and development, to ensure alignment and integration of medical affairs strategies.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the field, serving as a key representative of the company.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform and guide medical affairs initiatives.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of medical education programs and materials for healthcare professionals.
  7. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and patient advocacy groups.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the development and dissemination of medical information.
  9. Support the launch of new products through the development and execution of medical affairs plans.
  10. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide medical expertise and insights to inform decision making.
  11. Prepare and present medical data and information to internal and external stakeholders, including at conferences and scientific meetings.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the medical affairs team.
  13. Contribute to the development and management of the medical affairs budget.
  14. Handle any medical inquiries or concerns from internal or external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive image of the organization in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Medicine, Pharmacy, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Medical Affairs Or Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medical Device Regulations, Including Fda Guidelines And Global Compliance Requirements.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Projects.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Medical Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
