- Support the development and implementation of medical education programs and initiatives to educate healthcare professionals on our products and technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform medical education strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical field to stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate their insights into our education programs.
- Conduct thorough research and stay updated on relevant medical and scientific literature to ensure accuracy and relevance of educational materials.
- Coordinate logistics for medical education events, including securing venues, managing budgets, and coordinating with speakers and attendees.
- Provide support for medical conferences and symposiums, including organizing presentations, materials, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the development and execution of medical education programs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop educational materials and resources that effectively communicate the value and key features of our products.
- Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and providing information on our products and education opportunities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve medical education programs to ensure they meet the needs of healthcare professionals and align with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all medical education activities and expenses.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve and innovate our medical education programs.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events related to medical education and healthcare industry.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Life Sciences, Or Pharmacology Is Required For This Position. A Phd Or Md Degree Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Medical Affairs And Education Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Affairs And Education Practices, Including Clinical Research, Publication Planning, Medical Information, And Compliance Regulations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Required To Interact With Various Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals, Researchers, And Industry Leaders.
Experience In Project Management: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Project Management, Including Managing Timelines, Budgets, And Deliverables. Experience In Managing Educational Programs And Events Is A Plus.
Understanding Of Regulatory Environment: A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements Related To Medical Education And Promotional Activities Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Familiar With Fda Guidelines, Phrma Code, And Other Relevant Regulations.
