  3. Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate production and documentation of all processes.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or production issues in a timely manner.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production process.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on new equipment and processes.
  10. Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Document production data and maintain accurate records of all processes and procedures.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to quality, safety, and compliance.
  13. Communicate any issues or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance product quality and increase efficiency.
