- Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives related to the production of medical devices.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and products, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and skilled engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes into production.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve manufacturing performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies within the manufacturing engineering function.
- Manage and optimize the allocation of resources, including budget, staff, and equipment, to support production goals.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the engineering team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to identify and implement best practices in manufacturing engineering.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to develop and implement new processes, technologies, and materials that improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Foster a safe and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of diversity and respect among team members.

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Experience With Medical Device Product Development And Manufacturing Processes.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Driving Results.
