  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency.
  2. Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to drive continuous improvement and meet production goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials.
  4. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.
  5. Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are properly trained on new processes and equipment.
  6. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
  8. Work closely with suppliers to source and qualify new materials and equipment.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for the manufacturing engineering department.
  10. Collaborate with R&D teams to introduce new products into the manufacturing process.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology, and recommend new methods and techniques to improve processes and reduce costs.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the manufacturing engineering team.
  13. Communicate regularly with upper management on production status, challenges, and potential improvements.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure all staff members do the same.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Including Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience And Ability To Manage A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
