  11. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and collaborate on projects.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction to increase efficiency and profitability.
  13. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality materials and equipment for production.
  14. Participate in product testing and validation to ensure products meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrical Systems, Components, And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Electrical Design And Layout.

  • Knowledge Of Applicable Regulations And Standards, Such As Fda Regulations And Iso 13485.
