- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures for the production of medical devices.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future production issues.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, including FDA and ISO requirements.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, such as work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment.
- Participate in new product development and process validation activities.
- Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven decision making to improve production processes.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve overall efficiency and reduce waste.
- Continuously evaluate and improve quality control procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of production processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Design For Manufacturability, Process Development, And Process Improvement.
Proficient In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad, And Experience With Statistical Analysis Tools.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Production Issues Quickly And Efficiently.
