
Line Flow Facilitator

- Manage Production Line Flow: The Line Flow Facilitator will be responsible for overseeing the flow of production lines to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Improve Processes: This individual will constantly evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement in order to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles: The Line Flow Facilitator will have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and will be responsible for implementing them in order to streamline production processes.

- Collaborate with Other Departments: In order to optimize production line flow, the Line Flow Facilitator will need to collaborate with other departments such as engineering, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Drive Efficiency: Ultimately, the Line Flow Facilitator is responsible for driving efficiency and productivity on the production line, and will be expected to constantly seek out ways to improve processes and eliminate waste.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Develop Strategies To Increase Efficiency And Productivity In A Production Line.
