- Develop and design engaging and effective training programs that align with Boston Scientific's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create appropriate learning solutions.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies to create high-quality learning materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, and job aids.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze training data to continually improve and update training programs.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and instructional design to ensure training materials are innovative and effective.
- Manage and maintain learning management systems, including course creation and tracking of learner progress.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to training materials.
- Utilize various media, such as graphics, videos, and simulations, to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
- Deliver training sessions to employees, as needed, to ensure a thorough understanding of training materials and concepts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all training materials.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver training materials within established deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Continuously strive to enhance the learning experience for employees and contribute to overall company success.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In A Corporate Or Healthcare Setting.
Proficiency In E-Learning Development Software Such As Articulate Storyline Or Adobe Captivate.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
