  1. Develop and implement Lean strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

  3. Conduct process evaluations and identify opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization.
  4. Train and coach employees at all levels on Lean principles and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Monitor and track Lean metrics and provide regular reports on progress and results.
  6. Identify and implement best practices from other industries and companies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  7. Facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis to address process issues and drive sustainable solutions.
  8. Act as a change agent and champion for Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure Lean principles are incorporated into their processes and practices.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Lean methodologies to continuously improve and evolve processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Implementing Lean Methodologies In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Certification In Lean Six Sigma Or Other Lean Methodologies Preferred.

  • Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Train And Coach Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
