- Develop and implement Lean strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and facilitate Lean projects and events.
- Conduct process evaluations and identify opportunities for waste reduction and process optimization.
- Train and coach employees at all levels on Lean principles and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and track Lean metrics and provide regular reports on progress and results.
- Identify and implement best practices from other industries and companies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Facilitate problem-solving and root cause analysis to address process issues and drive sustainable solutions.
- Act as a change agent and champion for Lean methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure Lean principles are incorporated into their processes and practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Lean methodologies to continuously improve and evolve processes.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Implementing Lean Methodologies In A Manufacturing Environment.
Certification In Lean Six Sigma Or Other Lean Methodologies Preferred.
Strong Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Train And Coach Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
