- Develop and implement inventory strategies to ensure the availability of life-saving products for patients.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to proactively identify potential shortages or excess stock.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, sales, and marketing, to gather information and ensure alignment on inventory plans.
- Conduct regular analysis of inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for inventory optimization.
- Manage inventory replenishment and allocation processes to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Create and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate inventory processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate inventory status and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in inventory planning and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
- Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to support new product launches and product discontinuations.
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments related to inventory planning and management.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Inventory Planning Or Supply Chain Management.
Proficient In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management Software And Erp Systems.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
