- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in various facilities owned by Boston Scientific.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues and ensure proper functioning of all HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of all HVAC systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on HVAC systems.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels of HVAC equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate with facility managers and other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and address any urgent issues.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices related to HVAC systems and incorporate them into daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper storage of all tools and equipment.
A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hvac Maintenance And Repair, Preferably In A Facilities Or Industrial Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hvac Systems, Including Troubleshooting, Repair, And Maintenance Procedures.
Familiarity With Building Codes, Industry Standards, And Safety Regulations Related To Hvac Systems.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently To Identify And Resolve Issues With Hvac Equipment.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills To Coordinate With Other Maintenance Technicians And Facility Staff To Complete Tasks Efficiently And Effectively.
