- Develop and implement overall portfolio strategy for Boston Scientific, aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute strategic initiatives and achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and clinical to drive product development and launch strategies.

- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Marketing Strategy Development And Implementation, Preferably Within The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing A Product Portfolio, Including New Product Launches.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs In The Medical Device Industry.
Experience Leading And Developing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
