1. Develop and implement global training strategies and initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
2. Design and deliver training programs and materials that are engaging, effective, and tailored to the needs of diverse employee populations.
3. Identify training needs and gaps through needs assessments, analysis of performance data, and feedback from stakeholders.
4. Partner with subject matter experts to develop and update training content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and job aids.
5. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for employees at all levels of the organization.
6. Monitor and track training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Manage the logistics and administration of global training programs, including scheduling, participant registration, and communication.
