  1. Develop and implement global training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop effective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging and impactful training materials.
  4. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to deliver effective training to a diverse global workforce.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and education to ensure programs are innovative and effective.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on global business practices and cultural differences to ensure training programs are culturally sensitive and effective.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with regional training teams to ensure consistency and alignment of training efforts.
  9. Manage training budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
  10. Act as a coach and mentor to other training team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to develop and deliver training programs as needed.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for training initiatives.
  13. Travel to different regions as needed to assist with training implementation and delivery.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and proactively make recommendations to enhance training programs and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Organizational Development.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Training Programs On A Global Scale.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional And Geographically Dispersed Teams.
