  1. Develop and implement training programs to support the successful implementation of new products and processes across the global organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create effective training solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most effective training methods and materials for different departments and regions.
  4. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  5. Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are meeting the desired outcomes and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  6. Maintain and update training materials to reflect changes in products and processes.
  7. Communicate training plans and schedules to relevant stakeholders and ensure all participants are well-informed.
  8. Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
  10. Provide coaching and support to employees during the implementation process to ensure successful adoption of new products and processes.
  11. Assist in the development and implementation of a global training strategy.
  12. Collaborate with other training professionals to share best practices and improve overall training effectiveness.
  13. Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of training programs to key stakeholders.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and compliance requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Global Training And Development, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Demonstrated Proficiency In Developing And Implementing Global Training Programs, Including Instructional Design, Facilitation, And Evaluation.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams In A Global Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience With Various Training Methods, Including E-Learning, Classroom Training, And Virtual Training Platforms.
