  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive global engagement and impact for Boston Scientific.
  2. Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  3. Create and curate compelling and relevant content for social media channels.
  4. Monitor and analyze social media trends, data, and engagement metrics to continuously optimize strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
  6. Manage a budget for social media campaigns and initiatives.
  7. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists to ensure high-quality and consistent execution of social media initiatives.
  9. Engage with social media communities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to expand reach and increase brand awareness.
  11. Monitor and manage online reputation and crisis management on social media platforms.
  12. Develop and present reports on social media performance and impact to senior management.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with overall company messaging and branding.
  14. Conduct regular audits of social media channels to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  15. Continuously identify and implement new strategies and tactics to improve social media presence and drive engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Various Social Media Platforms And Their Algorithms, As Well As Experience With Social Media Analytics And Reporting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Social Media Campaigns That Drive Engagement, Brand Awareness, And Lead Generation.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
