- Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions for product placement, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital commerce and merchandising, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead the development and execution of global digital merchandising campaigns, ensuring effective messaging and branding across all channels.
- Work closely with e-commerce teams to optimize product listings, images, and descriptions for maximum visibility and conversions.
- Identify and leverage opportunities to increase product visibility and drive sales, such as cross-selling and upselling techniques.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful execution of merchandising strategies.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on merchandising performance, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Mentor and train team members on merchandising best practices and provide guidance on achieving business goals.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues impacting merchandising performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to digital commerce and merchandising.
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all merchandising efforts align with the company's brand image and messaging.
- Continuously evaluate and improve merchandising processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Global Digital Commerce Merchandising, Preferably In The Medical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of E-Commerce Platforms And Digital Marketing Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Revenue Growth Through Effective Merchandising Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
