
Field HEMA Manager, West

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health economics and market access strategies for our products in the field. - Develop and implement health economics and market access strategies for Boston Scientific's products in the West region.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies and regulations related to reimbursement and market access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of health economics and market access strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct reimbursement analyses and develop value propositions to support the adoption of Boston Scientific's products.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, providers, and healthcare organizations, to drive positive patient outcomes.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on health economics and market access strategies and tools.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data to support health economics and market access initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate health economics and market access strategies and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to health economics and market access.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Account Management.
Strong Knowledge Of The Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Hospital And Physician Office Dynamics.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Team Management And Leadership.
