Job Description

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and patients by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on Boston Scientific's medical technologies, including but not limited to product features, benefits, and usage.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of our medical devices.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and other relevant individuals within the medical device industry.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as support existing customers in achieving their goals and objectives.
  6. Participate in clinical studies and trials to collect and analyze data on the performance and effectiveness of our medical devices.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in medical technology to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
  8. Represent Boston Scientific at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and services and network with potential customers.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, in order to ensure compliance and ethical business practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In A Clinical Or Sales Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Clinical Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders Such As Physicians, Nurses, And Hospital Staff.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Meeting Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
