  1. Conduct and oversee clinical research studies to support the development of new medical devices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and regulatory specialists to bring innovative medical devices to market.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure that all clinical research is conducted in compliance with applicable standards.
  4. Analyze and interpret clinical data to draw conclusions and make recommendations for product development.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to gain insights and feedback on product performance.
  6. Present research findings and progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Contribute to the development and execution of clinical trial protocols and study designs.
  8. Mentor and train junior clinical scientists and provide guidance on best practices in clinical research.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and advancements to identify potential areas for product development.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities and data.
  11. Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to prepare and submit necessary documentation for product approvals.
  12. Represent the company at industry conferences and events to showcase our cutting-edge technologies and research.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Or Chemistry.

  • Extensive Experience In Conducting And Analyzing Clinical Research Studies, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials And Product Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Deliver On Multiple Projects Simultaneously Within Tight Timelines.
