- Conduct and oversee clinical research studies to evaluate the safety and efficacy of our medical technology products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical considerations.
- Analyze and interpret clinical trial data to provide insights and recommendations for future product development.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and advancements in medical technology to inform research strategies.
- Communicate and present research findings to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to support clinical research initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support their professional development.
- Represent the company at conferences, symposiums, and other scientific events to share learnings and promote the company's clinical research efforts.
- Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously assess and improve clinical research processes and protocols to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Assist in the publication of research findings in relevant scientific journals.
- Act as a subject matter expert on clinical research matters and provide support to other departments within the company as needed.

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Fellow, Clinical Scientist At Boston Scientific Is Expected To Have A Phd Or Equivalent Degree In A Scientific Discipline Such As Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Or Physiology.
Strong Research Background: This Position Requires A Solid Foundation In Research Methodology And Experience Conducting Independent Research In A Laboratory Setting. Previous Publications In Peer-Reviewed Journals Are Highly Valued.
Knowledge Of Medical Device Industry: Candidates Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Medical Device Industry And Its Regulatory Environment. Familiarity With Clinical Trials And Fda Regulations Is Necessary For Success In This Role.
Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Scientific Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences Is Essential.
