- Conduct and oversee clinical research projects, including designing study protocols, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, physicians, and regulatory experts, to develop innovative medical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to clinical research and incorporate them into the development process.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on clinical matters, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the execution of clinical trials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical investigators to facilitate study enrollment and data collection.
- Prepare and present study results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor and analyze competitor products and clinical trials to inform product development strategies.
- Identify potential risks and issues during the course of clinical studies and develop mitigation plans.
- Mentor and train junior clinical team members to build a strong and knowledgeable team.
- Continuously assess and improve clinical processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events, promoting our commitment to innovative healthcare solutions.

Advanced Degree In Relevant Field: A Fellow, Clinical Scientist At Boston Scientific Must Have An Advanced Degree, Such As A Phd Or Md, In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Or A Related Discipline.
Clinical Research Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Clinical Research, Including Experience Designing And Executing Clinical Trials, Analyzing Data, And Writing Publications.
