- Conduct research and scientific studies to support the development of new medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical studies in accordance with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
- Analyze and interpret data from clinical studies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
- Develop and maintain expertise in scientific methodology and clinical research practices.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field and incorporate new techniques and technologies into research projects.
- Contribute to the preparation of study protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
- Communicate research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in clinical research practices and procedures.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Fellow, Clinical Scientist At Boston Scientific Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Biomedical Engineering. A Phd Or Md Is Preferred.
Experience In Clinical Research: Applicants Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. This Should Include Experience Designing And Executing Clinical Trials, Analyzing Data, And Writing Reports.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Patterns, And Draw Conclusions Is Crucial For A Fellow, Clinical Scientist At Boston Scientific. Candidates Should Also Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Fellow, Clinical Scientist At Boston Scientific, It Is Important To Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Physicians, Engineers, And Regulatory Professionals. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Medical Device Clinical Trials Is Required For This Role. Candidates Should Also Have Experience With Regulatory Submissions And Have A Working Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.
