  1. Conduct research and scientific studies to support the development of new medical devices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical studies in accordance with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
  3. Analyze and interpret data from clinical studies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
  4. Develop and maintain expertise in scientific methodology and clinical research practices.
  5. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field and incorporate new techniques and technologies into research projects.
  6. Contribute to the preparation of study protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
  7. Communicate research findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  9. Mentor and guide junior team members in clinical research practices and procedures.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent the company at scientific conferences and meetings.
  12. Participate in cross-functional project teams to drive product development and innovation.
  13. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  14. Adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of research and data analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field: A Fellow, Clinical Scientist At Boston Scientific Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Biomedical Engineering. A Phd Or Md Is Preferred.

  • Experience In Clinical Research: Applicants Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. This Should Include Experience Designing And Executing Clinical Trials, Analyzing Data, And Writing Reports.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Data, Identify Patterns, And Draw Conclusions Is Crucial For A Fellow, Clinical Scientist At Boston Scientific. Candidates Should Also Have Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Fellow, Clinical Scientist At Boston Scientific, It Is Important To Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Physicians, Engineers, And Regulatory Professionals. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines For Medical Device Clinical Trials Is Required For This Role. Candidates Should Also Have Experience With Regulatory Submissions And Have A Working Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines.
