
Employee Relations Representative
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Employee Relations Representative to join our team at Boston Scientific. - Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters within the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring a fair and unbiased process.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to employee relations matters.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Act as a mediator and provide conflict resolution support for employee disputes.
- Facilitate employee trainings and workshops on various HR topics, including diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, and harassment prevention.
- Work closely with management to address performance management issues and develop action plans for improvement.
- Assist with the development and revision of HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
- Serve as an advocate for employees and promote a positive employer-employee relationship.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle all employee relations matters with sensitivity and discretion.
- Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Corporate Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Handle Sensitive Situations With Empathy And Professionalism.
Proficiency In Hris Systems And Experience Using Data To Analyze And Improve Employee Relations Processes And Procedures.
