
Employee Relations Representative

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and HR team members.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues and concerns.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution of employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and provide solutions to prevent escalation.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement strategies for promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Conduct trainings for employees and managers on company policies, employment laws, and best practices for maintaining positive employee relations.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure company policies are in compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on employee relations trends and issues.
- Collaborate with legal team on complex employee relations matters.
- Represent the company in meetings and discussions with employees, unions, and other external parties.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve employee relations processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Human Resources.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo, Ada, And Fmla.
Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills.
Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information With Professionalism And Discretion.
