  1. Develop and implement EH&S programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees and management on EH&S matters, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
  4. Track and analyze EH&S data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs on EH&S topics.
  6. Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses, and develop and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  7. Keep up-to-date with relevant EH&S regulations and industry best practices, and communicate changes and updates to the organization.
  8. Manage EH&S documentation, including permits, reports, and training records.
  9. Work with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain positive working relationships.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on EH&S topics, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Similar Eh&S Role, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Eh&S Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Eh&S Policies And Procedures.

  • Certification In Occupational Health And Safety (Oh&S) Or Environmental Management Systems (Ems) Is Preferred.
