- Develop and execute an eCommerce strategy to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues and opportunities within the eCommerce platform.
- Stay up-to-date on current eCommerce trends and best practices, and implement them to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the eCommerce platform and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead and manage projects related to the development and enhancement of the eCommerce platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful implementation of eCommerce initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on eCommerce performance to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on the eCommerce platform.
- Ensure the eCommerce platform meets all necessary compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Train and educate cross-functional teams on eCommerce best practices and processes.
- Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates on the eCommerce platform.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on the eCommerce platform to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on the eCommerce platform.
- Stay informed about industry and competitive trends and use this knowledge to make strategic recommendations for the eCommerce platform.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The E-Commerce Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Digital Marketing Strategies, Seo, And Web Analytics.
Excellent Project Management Skills And Experience In Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
Demonstrated Success In Developing And Launching Successful E-Commerce Products And Driving Revenue Growth.
