- Develop and execute eCommerce strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for Boston Scientific's online platforms.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of the eCommerce experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to develop and implement new eCommerce initiatives.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics to measure the success of eCommerce initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
- Conduct regular user research and usability testing to gather insights and identify pain points in the eCommerce experience.
- Manage product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals, customer needs, and resources.
- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of eCommerce projects.
- Ensure all eCommerce activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and medical technology.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency of eCommerce strategies and initiatives across different regions.
- Train and educate cross-functional teams on eCommerce processes and best practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Boston Scientific, representing the company's values and mission in all eCommerce activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ecommerce, Product Management, Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Ecommerce Platforms And Technology, Such As Shopify, Magento, Or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Ecommerce Products And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Project Management, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally With Various Teams.
