  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the commercialization of digital commerce channels for Boston Scientific.
  2. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital commerce strategy with overall business goals.
  4. Lead the execution of digital commerce initiatives, including website development, online marketing campaigns, and sales promotions.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of digital commerce efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for digital commerce activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to continuously improve and innovate the digital commerce strategy.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support the success of digital commerce initiatives.
  9. Train and mentor team members on digital commerce strategies and best practices.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the digital commerce workflow and enhance the customer experience.
  11. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  12. Communicate progress, successes, and challenges to senior management and make recommendations for future improvements.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to digital commerce.
  14. Create and maintain documentation for all digital commerce processes and procedures.
  15. Monitor and analyze competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities in the digital commerce landscape.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Digital Commerce Or E-Commerce, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Seo, Ppc, Email Marketing, And Content Marketing.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Digital Commerce Programs, Driving Revenue Growth And Customer Acquisition.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage External Vendors.
