- Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive their professional development and ensure the success of data-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for data and analytics.
- Utilize data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and drive business success.
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions, such as predictive and prescriptive models, to solve complex business problems.
- Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.

Extensive Experience In Data And Analytics: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Data And Analytics, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Successful Projects And Driving Business Outcomes Through Data-Driven Decision Making.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Data And Analytics Leader Should Possess Excellent Analytical Skills With The Ability To Identify Trends, Interpret Complex Data Sets, And Provide Actionable Insights To Drive Business Growth And Efficiency.
Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Management, Data Warehousing, And Data Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi. Experience With Programming Languages Such As Python And R Is Also Highly Desirable.
