  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and targets for CRM products.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our CRM products.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and ensure customer needs are met.
  7. Provide ongoing support and training to clients on the use and maintenance of our CRM products.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM system.
  10. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives.
  11. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  12. Continuously improve and develop sales skills and knowledge through training and self-directed learning.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  14. Travel to client sites as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
  15. Collaborate with other sales representatives and share best practices to drive overall sales success for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Qualified Crm Sales Representative Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. This Should Include A Demonstrated Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets And Build Strong Relationships With Customers.
