  1. Promote and sell Boston Scientific's cardiac rhythm management products to healthcare professionals and facilities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and successful product launches and customer support.
  7. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  8. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about advancements in medical technology.
  11. Represent Boston Scientific at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and brand.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Boston Scientific and uphold our reputation for quality and innovation.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by sharing best practices, providing support to colleagues, and participating in team meetings and training sessions.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. This Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Crm Systems: As A Crm Sales Representative, The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Systems And How They Can Be Used To Enhance Sales And Customer Interactions. Experience With Salesforce Or Other Crm Platforms Is Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Build Relationships With Customers Is Crucial For Success In This Role. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As Strong Presentation Skills.

  • Understanding Of Medical Devices: Boston Scientific Specializes In Medical Devices, So A Strong Understanding Of The Industry And Its Products Is Important. The Candidate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Benefits Of Our Products To Customers.
