  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for cardiac rhythm management products in the Northeast territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  6. Train and coach sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
  7. Create and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the CRM market, including industry trends, regulations, and reimbursement policies.
  9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote Boston Scientific's products and services.
  10. Manage and monitor sales performance, including analyzing sales data, forecasting, and developing action plans to address any gaps.
  11. Collaborate with the regional and national sales teams to share best practices and drive overall business growth.
  12. Represent Boston Scientific in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.
