  • Serve as a liaison between Boston Scientific and healthcare providers to promote effective utilization of CRM products and ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our CRM products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather clinical data and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in clinical research and CRM technology to continuously improve our products and processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, opinion leaders, and internal team members
  • Represent Boston Scientific at conferences, seminars, and other events to showcase our CRM products and gather customer feedback
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for increasing product adoption and sales
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and activities related to CRM products and healthcare providers
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in the performance of job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Support, Preferably In The Cardiovascular Or Electrophysiology Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, With Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements.

  • Willingness To Travel Extensively Within A Designated Territory, Sometimes Up To 75% Of The Time, And Work Flexible Hours Based On The Needs Of Healthcare Providers And Patients.
